Netish TURKISH LANGUAGE PROGRAM
Netish TURKISH Language Course and Seminar Certificate Program for foreigners Definition of the Program: Through the Course Program, to all foreigners! To all foreigners who will take YÖS and ALES Examinations to be registered for the universities (post - graduate departments included) which admit foreign students, to *Diplomatic personnel*, to their families, to foreign managers and their personnel; in our school, in their house, in their office, in special 1-7 student special groups, and in regular 12-15 student groups, applying fast and intensive programs with fast, practical, efficient courses, which last 4-8 weeks with 60-120 hours in a month, and 20 week regular programs with 24-48 hours in a month, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced Turkish education, each of which lasts 120 hours, is given, and related Turkish Language Certificates approved by the Turkish Ministry of Education are available.
Significance of the course program: In Turkey. university admittance and registration of foreign students who want to attend the universities (post - graduate departments included) in Turkey by taking YÖS and ALES Examinations, depends on their Turkish Language test results.
Those who know sufficient Turkish (Level A) will immediately begin their university education. Those whose Turkish level is expected to get sufficient in a short time (Level B) will be obliged to improve their Turkish while they continue their education.
Those whose Turkish Level is considered to be insufficient (Level C),
will be obliged to learn Turkish until the end of the year in which they will be counted on leave and they will be able to continue their education in the university they have registered for when they prove that they have learned Turkish by means of a procedure or a certificate which is approved by the university administration.
Those who can not get such a certificate and who have not completed the procedures submitting the certificate they have received until the date of registration, will lose their rights which have been given to them relating to admittance and registration.
Those whose Turkish may get sufficient in a short time (Level B) and those whose Turkish is considered to be insufficient (Level C) are obliged to take Turkish courses and improve their Turkish skills until they have risen their Turkish up to a sufficient level while they begin and continue their education.
Foreign managers and employees of the companies who have made investments in Turkey and those who want to work as Turkish translators and those who want to stay permanently or be settled in Turkey for any reason, when they attend Netish TURKISH Course Programs for Foreigners, can both get the Turkish Education Certificate which is compulsory for universities and other official institutions and learn Turkish on the level they will prefer.
Attending Courses: Males and females coming from any part of Turkey, who are at least Primary Education graduates (former primary school graduates included) and foreigners who have got Residence Permit to stay in Turkey may attend the courses. Duration of courses: Each of Netish TURKISH certificate programs lasts 120 hours (5 months) and consists of 1. Elementary Level Turkish Course, 2. Intermediate Level Turkish Course and 3. Advanced Level Turkish Course (totally 360 hours). The courses may last 5 - 15 months.
Certificate: As a result of an examination conducted by our school, a Completion Certificate of Turkish Language Course for Foreigners, which is approved by Ministry of Education, is given to the students who have completed one of the 120 hour course programs (1st , 2nd and 3rd level). This certificate shows that the student has the ability to read, write, speak and understand Turkish.
Class Days and Hours: Lessons are given in 1-7 student special groups and 12-15 student regular groups 7 days a week, between 08.00 and 22.00 by our teachers who are specialists in their fields in a fast, practical and efficient way. Classrooms: Our classrooms are U - shaped with one - person seats and have got computers, projectors, screens, boards, CDs, textbooks and other training aids. Training Aids and Teaching Methods: All the lessons are given in our course centre by means of computers, CDs, projectors, and other visual aids focusing on speaking, understanding and writing. Depending on preferences of students, authorized special Turkish seminar programs and additional Turkish Language teaching are conducted in students’ houses and offices with 1-7 student special groups. At the end of all these activities, the students can express their thoughts and emotions in a fluent way and easily read and write complicated texts. Besides, from the beginning to the end of the courses on certain days of the week for each group, we have Turkish speaking groups consisting of persons from different ages, genders and professions.
Residence permit : All of our foreign students will be able to receive a 6 -18 month Residence Permit given for the purpose of education limited by the duration of the course program they have chosen after they have registered on our course applying with the Course Acceptance Letter sent to them by our school and with the Entrance Visa for the Purpose of Education. On this issue, our school management gives all kinds of support to foreign students.
Legal working: The students who have completed one of our professional course programs besides Turkish Language Course, will have fulfilled the most important two conditions to get the Working Permit according to the Law About Foreigners Working in Turkey, and for that reason, if they want, completing other necessary documents due to the demand of the Net Service of the company on which the course depends, they are able to get the Working Permit in the frame of the Law About Foreigners Working in Turkey and may work being legally independent, or employed by a company.
